The record

Same House Records came to DZND for two things that had to say the same thing: an identity, and the website the label lives on.

The identity starts from the name. A red arc carries SAME over a record; HOUSE and RECORDS sit beneath it in black. In red, black and grey it goes where a label actually works: headphones, a pop filter, a studio microphone, a billboard that reads Music lives here.

The website, samehouserecords.com, is built on the label’s three words, Sound, People, Culture. It opens on the featured release and the roster. The artists page gives each voice room under one line, The people in the house. The events page keeps the nights the label gathers people, Where the house comes alive.

The line the site leads with is the label’s own: Different sounds. Same house. The identity and the website say it in one voice. The site is live.
